If you need to cancel or change a recent order you must contact us within 12 hours of when you place your order.  Our pieces are custom handmade and production begins on them right away. 

Due to material costs and starting handcrafted work, there is a cancellation fee of 25% of the order that will be deducted from your refund in the event that you need to cancel or we can provide a 100% store credit that you can use in the future at any time.
