DIGITAL MARKETING

Email Marketing: When you sign up to the Carabella by Cheryl mailing list, you are signing up to receive an e-newsletter to the email address you provide.  We will use your email data to send you an e-newsletter, which could include but is not limited to: Editorial content, Lifestyle content, Promotion of events and/or sales, New collection launches. If at any point you wish to withdraw your consent for receiving a Carabella by Cheryl e-newsletter you can click the unsubscribe button, found at the bottom of every email we send to you.  You may also withdraw consent by sending an email request to:  hello@carabellabycheryl.com. 

SMS Marketing: When you place an order with Carabella by Cheryl, you give express consent to receive an occasional SMS to inform you of new products or services that we will be providing. If at any point you wish to withdraw your consent, you will be given the option to OPT-OUT.

We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances. By adding your email address to our mailing list, you can be assured that you are not signing up for more than you bargained. All information received will be kept confidential and used strictly for internal purposes. We will only use your email address to send our regular mailings and occasionally information about an event or update. We promise not to clog your inbox!

SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.  

PAYMENT

When you make payments through the Service or complete a Customer Order Form, your financial account information, such as your credit card number, will be collected by our third-party payment processors. We do not collect or store such financial account information, but we may receive information from our payment processor about the payment, such as the date and time of payment. Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

When you click on links In our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.  When you provide information at one of those sites, you are subject to that site's privacy policy. We encourage you to read that website's policy before submitting any information if you have concerns about how information may be collected or used.
