Shipping Policy

Each Carabella by Cheryl piece is prepared with care before it leaves us. The information below outlines our current production, shipping, and delivery policies for orders within Canada and the United States.

Order Preparation

Many Carabella pieces are individually prepared for your order. Please allow up to 10 business days for creation and preparation before shipping, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted on the individual product page.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will depend on the destination and shipping service selected.

Shipping Destinations

Carabella by Cheryl currently ships to Canada and the United States.

Canada

We offer complimentary shipping on Canadian orders over $150 CAD, calculated before tax and after discounts.

Rush, expedited, or express shipping options may be available for an additional charge.

United States

We offer complimentary shipping on U.S. orders over $150 USD, calculated before tax and after discounts.

Rush, expedited, or express shipping options may be available for an additional charge.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by holidays, weather, carrier delays, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control. Remote destinations may also require additional delivery time.

When tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by U.S. authorities or the carrier.

Any applicable duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the product price or shipping charges paid to Carabella by Cheryl.

These charges are determined by the appropriate authorities and may vary. We recommend reviewing applicable import requirements before placing your order.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order. Carabella by Cheryl is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout.

If a shipment is returned because the shipping address provided was incomplete or incorrect, any additional shipping costs associated with returning or resending the order are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Rush Production

Rush production may be available for eligible orders. Rush production fees are charged in the customer's selected store currency:

  • Orders under $250: $50 rush production fee

  • Orders from $250 to $500: $100 rush production fee

  • Orders over $500: Please contact us for a custom quote

Rush production expedites the creation and preparation of your jewellery and does not expedite carrier transit or delivery times. Expedited or express shipping, when available, must be selected separately.

Rush production is not available for custom jewellery.
