Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Carabella by Cheryl digital gift cards offer a thoughtful way to let someone choose a piece of jewellery that feels entirely their own. The following terms explain how Carabella digital gift cards are purchased, delivered, redeemed, and managed.

Delivery

Digital gift cards are delivered electronically using the delivery information provided at the time of purchase. Once issued, the gift card can be used toward eligible purchases on the Carabella by Cheryl website.

Please ensure the recipient information entered at checkout is correct.

Redeeming Your Gift Card

To redeem a Carabella by Cheryl digital gift card, enter the unique gift card code in the appropriate field during checkout.

The available gift card balance will be applied toward the order. If the purchase total is less than the available balance, the remaining balance may be used toward a future purchase.

If the purchase total exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount may be paid using an accepted payment method available at checkout.

Gift Card Balances

Gift cards do not need to be used in a single transaction. Any remaining balance will continue to be available until it has been fully redeemed, subject to these terms and applicable law.

Carabella by Cheryl digital gift cards are not reloadable.

Currency

Gift cards are issued and redeemed in the currency associated with their purchase and are subject to the currency and checkout options available on the Carabella by Cheryl website.

Purchasing Gift Cards

Digital gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

Carabella by Cheryl reserves the right to cancel or refuse a gift card transaction where fraud, unauthorized activity, or misuse is reasonably suspected.

Returns & Refunds

If merchandise purchased using a gift card is eligible for return under the Carabella by Cheryl return policy, any applicable refund or store credit will be issued in accordance with the payment and refund options available for the original transaction and our Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy.

Final Sale

Digital gift cards are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded except where required by applicable law.

This does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Lost, Stolen or Misused Gift Cards

Please treat your digital gift card and unique gift card code as you would another form of payment.

Carabella by Cheryl is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, shared without authorization, or used without the purchaser's or recipient's permission, except where required by applicable law.

If you believe a gift card has been used without authorization, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cash Redemption

Gift cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.

Acceptance of These Terms

By purchasing, accepting, or using a Carabella by Cheryl digital gift card, you agree to these Gift Card Terms & Conditions.

Carabella by Cheryl reserves the right to update these terms from time to time, subject to applicable law.
